Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We pack and ship all orders directly from Australia via Australia Post.

Because some of our items are custom-made, please note our production times in addition to standard Australia Post transit times.

1. Processing & Production Times

Before your order ships, please allow time for us to prepare your items:

• Apparel: Up to 5 business days processing time.

• Wall Decals: Up to 7 business days production time (printed to order).

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

Australia

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout via Australia Post.

• Express Shipping: Available at checkout if you need faster transit.

• Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location (regional areas may take longer).

New Zealand

• Standard International Shipping: Calculated at checkout via Australia Post.

• Estimated Delivery: Typically 7–12 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom

• Standard International Shipping via interparcel: Calculated at checkout via Australia Post.

• Estimated Delivery: Typically 7–18 business days after dispatch.

USA

• Standard International Shipping via interparcel: Calculated at checkout

• Estimated Delivery: Typically 7–12 business days after dispatch.

• Tariffs need to be payed on arrival in the US. You can calculate this via your government website hts.usitc.gov. Please do this before purchasing to avoid your items being returned to sender. You will not be reimbursed any shipping costs if you don't pay the duties and it gets returned to sender.

(Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by couriers and can vary during peak holiday seasons, customs delays or due to unexpected postal delays.)

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to your postal carrier, you will receive a tracking link via email.

• Can’t find your email? Please check your spam or junk folder, as automated shipping notifications sometimes end up there.

• Order Status Checks: If you ever need an update on your order's progress, feel free to contact us anytime at info@cassdanson.com with your order number.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes 

For orders shipped outside of Australia (including New Zealand, USA and the United Kingdom):

• International packages may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival in your country.

• All customs charges, duties, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or cover these fees.

• If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address provided at checkout, any reshipment costs will be at the customer's expense.

5. Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to sender by Australia Post due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failure to collect from a local post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
