Wall Decal Orders

Please allow up to 7 business days for printing and processing. This timeframe may vary depending on current order volumes.

You’re always welcome to email me if you’d like an update on your order’s progress. Once your order has shipped, please refer to the Australia Post website or your tracking link for current delivery estimates. (Tip: check your spam/junk folder for order and tracking emails.)


Returns & Reprints

All decals are print-to-order. Because of this, there are no refunds or change-of-mind cancellations after 24 hours from placing your order.

If your decals arrive damaged or faulty, please email me as soon as possible so I can arrange for them to be reprinted and resent.


International Customers

Please be aware that local import duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. 

There are no exchanges or refunds on international orders unless the product is damaged on arrival.


Shipping Details

Apparel ships internationally to New Zealand, the UK,(Some of europe) and Canada.

Wall Decals ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, UK, EAU,EU and ASIA
Standard shipping is via Australia Post. Once your parcel reaches your country, it will be handled by your local postal service.

If there are any delays after arrival in your country, please contact your local postal provider with your tracking number.
While your order is still in Australia, feel free to email me for updates.
