Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We pack and ship all orders directly from Australia via Australia Post. All shipping is carrier calculated by weight and location.

Because some of our items are custom-made, please note our production times in addition to standard Australia Post transit times.

1. Processing & Production Times

Before your order ships, please allow time for us to prepare your items:

  • Apparel: Up to 5 business days processing time.

  • Wall Decals: Up to 7 business days production time (printed to order).

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout via Australia Post.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout if you need faster transit.

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location (regional areas may take longer).

New Zealand

  • Standard International Shipping: Calculated at checkout via Australia Post.

  • Estimated Delivery: Typically 7–12 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom

  • Standard International Shipping via interparcel: Calculated at checkout

  • Estimated Delivery: Typically 7–18 business days after dispatch.

  • Taxes and Duties- All need to be paid on arrival in your country by the recipient. Please check the threshold to calculate what you may need to pay on arrival.

USA

  • Standard or International Shipping via your chosen courier at checkout. 

  • Estimated Delivery: will be noted on your selected service.

  • Taxes and Duties- For US orders all taxes and duties need to be pre paid at checkout.

CANADA

  • Standard International Shipping: Calculated at checkout via Australia Post.

  • Estimated Delivery: Typically 7–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Taxes and Duties-  All need to be paid on arrival in your country by the recipient. Please check the threshold to calculate what you will need to pay on arrival.

EU- Due to complex cross-border regulations, zero-de-minimis import VAT, and strict EU compliance rules (such as IOSS and GPSR requirements), we do not ship to countries within the European Union.

As a small independent business, the administrative and legal requirements for shipping into the EU are unfortunately not feasible for us to manage at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience to our European supporters and appreciate your understanding!

(Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by couriers and can vary during peak holiday seasons, customs delays or due to unexpected postal delays.)

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to your postal carrier, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • Can’t find your email? Please check your spam or junk folder, as automated shipping notifications sometimes end up there.

  • Order Status Checks: If you ever need an update on your order's progress, feel free to contact us anytime at info@cassdanson.com with your order number.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes 

For USA duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and prepaid.

for all other countries International packages may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival in your country.

  • All customs charges, duties, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or cover these fees.

  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address provided at checkout, any reshipment costs will be at the customer's expense.

5. Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to sender by Australia Post due to an incomplete/incorrect address, Failure to pay import taxes or failure to collect from a local post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. Orders retuned to sender because of failure to collect or incorrect address CAN NOT be refunded. Only Re Sent at the cost of the customer.
