Hey, I’m Cass!

Im a 34 year old Gal living in Melbournes west, designing and creating for my brand "Cass Danson".

I’ve always been obsessed with unique fashion and interiors. To me, what we wear and how we decorate are massive parts of self expression.

My style is a bit of a wildcard. I’m a huge fan of punk rock music and traditional tattoos, but I’m equally obsessed with kawaii aesthetics, retro design, hand-drawn illustration, and above all else, bold colour. Because I love mixing wildly different styles, I’ve always struggled to find clothes that capture every side of who I am.

So, I created Cass Danson.

This brand is where all my loves collide. My graphic tees combine powerful messages and feel good quotes with eye catching, hand drawn art. My dresses take inspiration from vintage silhouettes and retro prints, designed to make you feel cute as pie the second you slip them on.

I also create a range of hand drawn removable wall decals heavily inspired by the funky, nostalgic interiors of the 90s. Visually, I draw heaps of inspiration from classic 90s cartoons and characters. think Miffy, Spot the Dog, Mr. Men, Groovy Chick, Daria, The Powerpuff Girls, and Beavis and Butt-Head.

What Matters to Me

  • Real Size Inclusivity: Fashion should be for every body. I currently stock up to size 5XL and plan to expand even further as the business grows. I want people of all shapes and sizes to wear clothes that make them feel confident, vibrant, and beautiful.

  • Anti-Fast Fashion: I choose to create small, curated batches because I genuinely hate fast fashion and throwaway micro trends. I want to bring you high quality, timeless pieces that won't go out of style next month.

  • 100% Passion, Zero Cash Grabs: At the end of the day, Cass Danson is a passion project. I will never produce or sell anything I wouldn't proudly wear myself. I’m essentially creating my dream wardrobe, and the fact that you love it too is the absolute best bonus.

This is so much more than another faceless brand. It’s a direct reflection of who I am to my core. I’ve never been afraid to be 100% authentically myself, and I want to encourage you to do the exact same.

After all, there’s nothing more punk than being whoever tf you want to be.
