The Pinky Promise Dress is designed to be easy, adjustable and comfortable, without losing its fun. Made to suit how you like to wear things, it features adjustable ties at the waist and sleeves so you can change the fit to suit your shape or styling preference.

Crafted from a linen and rayon blend, it’s lightweight and breathable, making it ideal for everyday wear. The all-over print adds colour and personality while keeping the silhouette relaxed and wearable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns and Exchanges for Australian & New Zealand Customers

Apparel

Exchanges & Store Credit: If you need a different size or style, apparel can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in an exchange. This includes paying to send the item back to us, as well as the postage cost to ship your replacement item back to you.
Condition Requirements: To be eligible for an exchange or credit, items must be returned within the 14-day window and be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unmarked
- Free from any scents, perfume, or pet hair
- In original condition with all tags attached and inside the original bag
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on apparel unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Made-to-Order Wall Decals

Because our wall decals are custom made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind after the items have been received. Please double-check your designs choices, sizes, and colours before completing checkout.

3. International Customers

Apparel

Due to international shipping constraints, all sales on international apparel are final. We cannot offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds for sizing issues. Made-to-Order Wall Decals

24-Hour Cancellation Window: You may request a refund or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, production begins and we cannot cancel or refund for change of mind.
Damaged Decals: If your decals arrive damaged or faulty, email us ASAP with photos and we will reprint and reship them for you.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items (Global)

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products, but if your package arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault, we're here to make it right:

Take clear photos of the damage or fault.
Email the images and your order number to info@cassdanson.com.

We will assess the situation promptly and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as necessary (including covering any associated shipping costs for genuine faults).
