For all wall decal orders printing/processing time is up to 7 business days. This time can vary depending on how busy we are at the time.

We take pride in offering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you receive a faulty or inaccurately described product, we are here to assist you.
There is no refund or returns on change of mind on made to order products (decals and prints) so please be sure of your choices before checking out!
There are no refunds on apparel unless damaged or faulty when arrived. You can exchange the sizing or opt for exchange for store credit. To be eligible for a return, Returned items must be unworn, unused, free from scent and in original unmarked condition with all tags attached.
In the event that your product is damaged during shipping OR experiences a manufacturing fault, please take a photograph and email to cassandradanson@gmail.com. We will then assess the extent of the problem and offer a replacement, refund, or repair as necessary.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS-
DECALS-Once your order has been placed there is no refunds or change of minds after 24 hours as this is a print to order product. If your decals are damaged or faulty please email me ASAP and they will be re printed and sent to you again.
APPAREL- There is no exchange or refunds on any apparel items for international customers. Please use size charts and measurements to best find your size.
